2nd Annual PARKWAY HOCKEY-WEEN on Saturday, October 22

After last year’s smashing debut, the Parkway Youth Hockey Midget program is pleased to announce its 2nd Annual PARKWAY HOCKEY-WEEN on Saturday, October 22 (rain date of October 29). Games will be played after 1 PM at the Fallon Field street hockey rink in Roslindale.

Two age divisions this year: 5/6/7 game and 8/9/10 game. There are only two teams in each division so spots will be limited and first-come, first-serve. There will be $25 JP Licks gift card for the best (light; nothing bulky or sharp) costume in each division. All players receive a game jersey, candy bag and a chance to pose with the Coppinger Cobweb Cup.

All funds go directly to Parkway Youth Hockey and will be used to defray the cost of the Midget program year-end trip (last season was Lake Placid). Many of these young men are the volunteers you see on a weekly basis at Learn to Skate, Instructional and Town Line hockey and will be working at this event.

Cost per player is $30 (checks payable to Parkway Youth Hockey, please)

Sponsorships are available. Four (4) team names, (as well as back of jersey signage) are available for $125 each. You choose the name (Wells Fargo Warlocks, Magellan Mummies – you get the idea). Also, your company, candidate, labor group, or family can be listed on the back of all jerseys for $50. Jerseys will be ordered soon so don’t miss out on this chance.

Again, spots will be limited. Registration will be at Marino’s Market (1906 Centre Street) on Thursday, September 15 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Please contact Joe Donahue for sponsorships or any questions.
