Plan Ahead!!!!

a.       The GBL will attempt to schedule around conflicts if you make it known before the schedule is released. Notify your Program Director as soon as possible.

b.      Review your schedule in total as soon as you get it for any conflicts.

c.       Notify your opponent as soon as possible of a conflict. There are financial penalties for failing to notify your opponent that you will not be playing. 24 hours is not sufficient notice! Teams should expect at least a week advance notice.

d.      Don’t cancel games because you are short a few players. Call up players from a lower team and play the game as scheduled.

e.       If you are going to a tournament, assume you are making the finals and plan accordingly.
