2010-2011 Travel Team Fees:

  • Mites, Squirts and PeeWees: $775
  • Bantams: $725
  • Girls U12 & U14: $840
  • Girls U19: $430
  • 1/2 Season Midgets: $430
  • Goalies: $200 with own equipment.


2010-2011 House Program Fees:

Learn to Skate: $200

  • This program offers basic skating instruction to those who are new to the ice. Skaters of all ages are welcome into this group. A number of qualified instructors are on the ice with the children. The skaters are generally broken into groups over the first few weeks according to abilities.
  • Normally starts in early November and runs through the end of March.
  • 2 hours per weekend at the Roche Memorial Ice Arena: Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM / Sundays: 11:00 AM to 11:50 AM
  • Skaters are required to wear hockey helmets (with cages) and basic safety equipment such as gloves, knee and elbow pads. Bicycle helmets are NOT allowed. Hockey sticks are not used in this program as the emphasis is on skating skills.


Instructional Hockey: $250

  • This program is for children who have completed the Learn to Skate program or who are comfortable skating. Skating skills are emphasized, and hockey sticks are introduced. Over the course of the season, the skaters are broken into “teams” for some basic scrimmages.
  • Normally starts in early November and runs through the end of March.
  • 2 hours per weekend at the Roche Memorial Ice Arena: Saturdays: 11:00 AM to 11:50 AM / Sundays: 12:00 PM to 12: 50 PM
  • Full hockey gear is required: including a helmet, shoulder, elbow and knee pads, hockey pants, hockey gloves, a neck guard, mouth guard, hockey skates and a hockey stick.


Mite House Program: $300

  • This program focuses on the basics of hockey. The skaters begin the season as one group and work on skating and puck handling skills for the first few weeks. After this initial period, teams are assigned and games begin. A rotating schedule allows the teams to play each other at various times over the course of the season.
  • Normally starts in early November and runs through the end of March.
  • 3 hours per weekend at the Roche Memorial Ice Arena - Saturdays: 12:00 PM to 1:50 PM / Sundays: 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM
  • Full hockey gear is required: including a helmet, shoulder, elbow and knee pads, hockey pants, hockey gloves, a neck guard, mouth guard, hockey skates and a hockey stick.


McLaughlin Development League: $350 ($150 if playing on a Travel Team)

  • An “in house” program for all Squirts, 1st year (i.e. minor) Peewee’s and Travel Team Mites. Both Travel Team and House players are encouraged to play in this league. This program allows skaters to work on their game skills and enhance their abilities in a competitive environment.
  • Normally starts in early December and runs through the end of March.
  • 2 hours per weekend - Friday night Games: 5:00, 6:00 or 7:00 PM at the Roche Memorial Ice Arena / Saturday Practices: 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM at the Bajko rink in Hyde Park.
  • Full hockey gear is required: including a helmet, shoulder, elbow and knee pads, hockey pants, hockey gloves, a neck guard, mouth guard, hockey skates and a hockey stick.
